So, here I am starting a blog again. Let’s see if I actually keep this one updated!

As background on myself, I’m Rachel. I’m a freelance photographer in the Seattle area. I hold down a day job as a software engineer, but photography is one of my passions (along with horseback riding). I’m a Canon shooter, mostly digital but a bit of film as well.

I’m also looking for new techniques to try, and new ways to push myself. Hopefully my own explorations of my photography may be useful to others, as well!
